Hiley’s philosophy comes directly from its founder and CEO, Nick Ding.

Born in 1990, Nick represents a new generation of electric mobility entrepreneurs — not business-first, but rider-first.

Before becoming a CEO, Nick was:

A daily electric scooter rider
A product designer obsessed with riding feel
An engineer focused on structure, balance, and reliability

To this day, Nick personally test rides every new Hiley model before it enters production.
